Nifdo.com is operated by Nifdo LLC in the USA. In Pakistan, the registered business name is NIFDO Pharma, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
NIFDO is a trusted and officially registered company with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan), holding License# 05-352-0066-125069D.
Nifdo.com serves customers by sourcing and supplying products from trusted international and domestic suppliers while providing a secure online shopping experience.
2. Website Purpose
Nifdo.com is an e-commerce platform that enables customers throughout Pakistan to purchase genuine products from Amazon USA, UK, China, and local suppliers that are working on Amazon and eBay through a convenient, secure, and transparent online shopping experience.
3. International Import & Delivery Policy
Nifdo.com imports products from Amazon USA and other international markets. Standard delivery time is 15 to 25 working days.
As international shipments are subject to customs inspections, airline schedules, supplier processing, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may occasionally require an additional grace period of up to 10 working days.
3.1 – Refund Policy
If your order is not delivered within the maximum delivery period (inc. additional 10-day grace period), you may request a refund, and we will return your full payment within 2 working days. If you don’t wish to wait any longer.
4. Product Origin
Products sold on Nifdo.com may originate from various countries, including but not limited to the United States, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Pakistan, India, the United Kingdom, and other countries depending on the manufacturer or supplier who are selling on Amazon.
The country from which a product is shipped does not necessarily represent its country of manufacture.
5. User Registration
Registration is optional for browsing the website; however, creating an account or providing accurate contact information may be required to place orders, receive order updates, subscribe to newsletters, or access certain website features.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is complete and accurate.
6. Unauthorized Communication & Fraud Disclaimer
NIFDO Pharma works with multiple employees and representatives to provide the best possible service to our customers. If any employee or representative leaves the company and later contacts customers through their personal phone number, WhatsApp, or any other unofficial communication channel to conduct business, receive payments, or commit any fraudulent activity, NIFDO Pharma will not be responsible for such actions.
Customers are advised to place orders, make payments, and communicate only through our official website, official contact numbers, and email addresses mentioned on our website. Any transaction made through personal numbers, unofficial accounts, or unauthorized contacts will be considered the customer’s own responsibility.
NIFDO Pharma is responsible only for transactions completed through our official website and authorized communication channels.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use this website or must access the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Pricing
Although we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
Nifdo.com reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies and cancel affected orders before shipment.
11. Payment
“Since NIFDO imports certain products based on customer demand, a 30% advance payment is required on orders exceeding Rs. 3,000 to confirm and initiate the import process.”
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation where applicable.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours. Once the order has entered processing, purchasing, international shipping, or customs clearance, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
13. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Customers must notify us within three (3) days after delivery if they receive:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items
- Defective products
- Missing accessories
- Manufacturing defects
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for replacement or refund.
14. Transit Damage
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery where possible or immediately report the issue with supporting photographs.
Eligible claims will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
15. Product Warranty
Unless specifically stated on the product page, Nifdo.com does not provide an independent warranty.
Any manufacturer warranty remains solely subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.

17. Cash on Delivery (COD)

19. Electrical Products
Imported electrical products may operate using different voltage standards.

Damage resulting from incorrect voltage usage, unsuitable adapters, or improper installation shall not be covered under any refund or replacement policy.
