Our Import Policy
NIFDO.com uses Amazon’s product API and automated technology to display product listings on our website. This system allows customers in Pakistan to discover a wide range of products available through international marketplaces.
However, a product appearing on NIFDO.com does not necessarily mean that it is available for import into Pakistan. Product listings may be displayed automatically through our system, while actual import eligibility depends on our purchasing policies, supplier availability, applicable laws, and shipping restrictions.
We apologize if our automated system displays any product that NIFDO does not import, cannot source, or is not permitted to deliver to Pakistan. We appreciate our customers’ understanding and cooperation.
Products We Do Not Import
NIFDO has established restrictions on various product categories to comply with applicable Pakistani laws, customs requirements, shipping regulations, and our own import policies.
Certain products may also be restricted because of religious, cultural, safety, or ethical considerations.
If an order is placed for a prohibited, restricted, or otherwise ineligible product, NIFDO reserves the right to decline or cancel the order in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.
List of Prohibited and Restricted Products
The following categories include products that NIFDO does not import or that may be subject to import restrictions, special approvals, or other legal requirements in Pakistan.
1. Weapons and Ammunition
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, high-explosive materials, and other prohibited weapons or related items.
2. Hazardous Chemicals and Toxic Substances
Dangerous chemicals, toxic substances, and other materials whose importation or transportation is prohibited or restricted.
3. Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic drinks and other alcohol-containing products that are prohibited or restricted under applicable Pakistani laws and NIFDO’s import policy.
4. Animals and Agricultural Products
Live animals, restricted animal products, plants, seeds, agricultural materials, and other items requiring permits or phytosanitary approvals that are not available.
5. Flammable and Combustible Materials
Products that pose fire or combustion risks, including restricted fuels, flammable liquids, and other prohibited hazardous materials.
6. Radioactive Materials
Radioactive substances, restricted radioactive equipment, and other materials subject to specialized safety and regulatory controls.
7. Currency, Stamps, and Coins
Restricted currency, counterfeit money, prohibited financial instruments, and certain stamps or collectible coins whose importation is not permitted.
8. Perishable Food Products
Perishable foods and other food products that cannot be legally imported, safely transported, or delivered through our shipping arrangements.
9. PTA-Regulated Telecommunications Equipment
Mobile phones and telecommunications equipment requiring PTA approval, type approval, or other regulatory documentation that cannot be obtained for the intended import.
10. Animal Skins and Animal Parts
Restricted animal hides, skins, body parts, wildlife products, and materials prohibited under applicable wildlife protection or import regulations.
11. Gambling and Lottery Equipment
Prohibited gambling devices, unauthorized lottery equipment, and other products whose importation or possession is restricted by applicable law.
12. Government Identification Documents and Uniforms
Government-issued identification documents, official uniforms, badges, insignia, and other restricted items that could enable impersonation or unauthorized representation.
13. Passports and Official Travel Documents
Passports, counterfeit travel documents, and other official documents that cannot legally be imported or traded as ordinary consumer products.
14. Invoices and Official Records
Blank official documents, counterfeit invoices, forged records, and other restricted documentation intended to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.
15. Medications and Pharmaceutical Products
Medicines, prescription drugs, controlled substances, and other pharmaceutical products that are prohibited or cannot be imported without the required authorization.
Certain supplements and health products may also be subject to import, registration, ingredient, or shipping restrictions.
16. Perfumes, Colognes, and Fragrance Products
Perfumes, colognes, aerosol fragrances, and similar products may be restricted because of their ingredients, flammability, or international shipping requirements.
Eligibility depends on the product’s composition, applicable regulations, and available shipping methods.
17. Politically Restricted and Pornographic Materials
Pornographic materials and other prohibited publications or products that violate applicable Pakistani laws or NIFDO’s content policies.
Certain politically sensitive materials may also be restricted where their importation is prohibited by law.
18. Pressurized Containers and Aerosols
Pressurized cans, aerosol products, gas cylinders, and similar containers that cannot be transported through our approved shipping arrangements or are otherwise prohibited.
19. Asbestos and Asbestos-Containing Products
Asbestos, asbestos-containing materials, and related products whose importation or transportation is prohibited or restricted.
20. Antiques and Cultural Heritage Items
Antiques, protected cultural objects, archaeological artifacts, and other items requiring export permits or import authorization that cannot be obtained.
21. Other Prohibited or Restricted Products
Any additional product prohibited or restricted by Pakistan Customs, applicable Pakistani government authorities, international shipping regulations, IATA dangerous-goods requirements, or NIFDO’s internal import policies.
This category may include products that require special licenses, permits, certifications, declarations, or regulatory approvals.
Important Information for Customers
Product listings are not confirmation of import eligibility.
Because product information is received through automated systems, some listings may remain visible even when the associated products are unavailable or ineligible for import into Pakistan.
Before placing an order, customers should understand the following:
- NIFDO may review products for import eligibility before processing an order.
- Orders containing prohibited or restricted products may be declined or cancelled.
- Product availability depends on suppliers, purchasing restrictions, and international shipping requirements.
- Some products may require regulatory approvals or documentation that cannot be obtained.
- Additional restrictions may apply depending on product ingredients, intended use, packaging, or transportation requirements.
- NIFDO does not guarantee that every product displayed on its website can be imported into Pakistan.
If a product is found to be ineligible for import after an order has been placed, NIFDO will handle the order in accordance with its applicable refund policy and legal obligations.

درج ذیل مصنوعات ممنوع یا محدود ہو سکتی ہیں:
1۔ اسلحہ اور گولہ بارود
آتشیں اسلحہ، گولیاں، گولہ بارود اور دیگر متعلقہ اشیاء جن کی درآمد ممنوع ہو یا جن کے لیے خصوصی اجازت درکار ہو۔
2۔ خطرناک کیمیکلز
زہریلے، نقصان دہ یا خطرناک کیمیائی مادے جن کی درآمد یا ترسیل پر پابندی ہو۔
3۔ دھماکہ خیز مواد
ہائی ایکسپلوسِوز، دھماکہ خیز مادے اور ایسی اشیاء جو نقل و حمل کے دوران خطرہ پیدا کر سکتی ہوں۔
4۔ الکوحل والے مشروبات
شراب اور دیگر الکوحل والے مشروبات جن کی درآمد ہماری پالیسی یا متعلقہ قوانین کے تحت قابلِ قبول نہ ہو۔
5۔ جانور اور زرعی مصنوعات
زندہ جانور، پودے، بیج اور دیگر زرعی مصنوعات جن کی درآمد کے لیے اجازت نامہ، خصوصی منظوری یا قرنطینہ کی شرائط درکار ہوں۔
6۔ آتش گیر اشیاء
پٹرولیم سے بنی مصنوعات، آتش گیر مائعات اور دیگر ایسی اشیاء جن سے آگ لگنے یا ترسیل کے دوران حادثے کا خطرہ ہو۔
7۔ تابکار مواد
تابکار مادے اور ایسی مصنوعات جن میں خطرناک سطح کی تابکاری موجود ہو۔
8۔ کرنسی، ڈاک ٹکٹ اور سکے
اصلی یا جعلی کرنسی، ڈاک ٹکٹ اور سکے جن کی درآمد، نقل و حمل یا تجارت پر قانونی پابندی ہو۔
9۔ جلد خراب ہونے والی غذائی اشیاء
تازہ خوراک، جلد خراب ہونے والی غذائی مصنوعات اور ایسی اشیاء جنہیں محفوظ طریقے سے درآمد یا ترسیل کرنا ممکن نہ ہو۔
10۔ PTA کی منظوری سے متعلق مصنوعات
ایسے موبائل فونز، ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن آلات اور دیگر ڈیوائسز جن کے لیے پاکستان ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن اتھارٹی (PTA) کی منظوری، NOC یا دیگر قانونی تقاضے پورے کرنا ضروری ہوں۔
11۔ جانوروں کی کھالیں اور جسمانی حصے
جانوروں کی کھالیں، ہڈیاں، دانت اور دیگر جسمانی حصے جن کی درآمد یا تجارت پر پابندی ہو۔
12۔ جوئے اور لاٹری سے متعلق آلات
جوئے کے آلات، لاٹری سے متعلق ممنوعہ مصنوعات اور ایسی اشیاء جن کی درآمد ہماری پالیسی یا متعلقہ قوانین کے تحت قابلِ قبول نہ ہو۔
13۔ سرکاری شناختی کارڈ اور یونیفارم
سرکاری شناختی کارڈز، جعلی دستاویزات، سرکاری یونیفارمز اور ایسی اشیاء جن کا غیر مجاز استعمال ممکن ہو۔
14۔ پاسپورٹ اور سفری دستاویزات
پاسپورٹ، جعلی سفری دستاویزات اور دیگر سرکاری سفری ریکارڈ جن کی خرید و فروخت یا درآمد غیر قانونی ہو۔
15۔ انوائسز اور سرکاری ریکارڈ
جعلی انوائسز، سرکاری ریکارڈ اور ایسی دستاویزات جن کا استعمال دھوکہ دہی یا غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں کے لیے کیا جا سکتا ہو۔
16۔ ادویات اور طبی مصنوعات
ادویات، فارماسیوٹیکل مصنوعات اور دیگر طبی اشیاء جن کی درآمد کے لیے خصوصی اجازت، نسخہ، رجسٹریشن یا متعلقہ ادارے کی منظوری درکار ہو۔ ایسی مصنوعات جن کی درآمد ممنوع ہو، قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
17۔ پرفیوم اور خوشبوئیں
پرفیوم، کولون اور دیگر خوشبوؤں کی بعض اقسام، خصوصاً وہ جن میں آتش گیر اجزاء ہوں یا جن کی ترسیل متعلقہ شپنگ کمپنی کے قواعد کے تحت ممنوع ہو۔
18۔ فحش اور ممنوعہ سیاسی مواد
فحش مواد اور ایسی اشاعتیں یا مصنوعات جن کی درآمد پاکستانی قوانین یا NIFDO کی پالیسی کے تحت ممنوع ہو۔
19۔ پریشرائزڈ کین اور اسپرے
دباؤ کے تحت موجود گیس والے کین، ایروسول اسپرے اور ایسی مصنوعات جنہیں عام بین الاقوامی ترسیل کے ذریعے بھیجنا محفوظ یا قابلِ قبول نہ ہو۔
20۔ ایسبیسٹوس
ایسبیسٹوس اور اس پر مشتمل ایسی مصنوعات جن کی درآمد یا ترسیل پر پابندی ہو یا جو صحت کے لیے خطرناک ہوں۔
21۔ نوادرات اور ثقافتی ورثے کی اشیاء
قدیم نوادرات، تاریخی اشیاء اور ثقافتی ورثے سے متعلق مصنوعات جن کی درآمد یا برآمد کے لیے خصوصی اجازت درکار ہو۔
22۔ دیگر ممنوعہ یا محدود مصنوعات
ایسی تمام دیگر اشیاء جن کی درآمد پاکستان کسٹمز، متعلقہ حکومتی اداروں، انٹرنیشنل ایئر ٹرانسپورٹ ایسوسی ایشن (IATA) یا ترسیلی کمپنیوں کے قواعد کے تحت ممنوع یا محدود ہو۔
صارفین کے لیے اہم معلومات
چونکہ ہماری ویب سائٹ پر مصنوعات کی فہرستیں خودکار نظام کے ذریعے ظاہر ہوتی ہیں، اس لیے ممکن ہے کہ کوئی ایسی پروڈکٹ بھی ویب سائٹ پر نظر آئے جسے پاکستان درآمد کرنا ممکن نہ ہو۔
کسی پروڈکٹ کا ویب سائٹ پر موجود ہونا اس بات کی ضمانت نہیں کہ اس کا آرڈر قبول کیا جائے گا یا اسے پاکستان درآمد کیا جا سکے گا۔
ہر آرڈر کی جانچ متعلقہ قوانین، درآمدی شرائط، ترسیلی ضوابط اور NIFDO کی پالیسی کے مطابق کی جا سکتی ہے۔ اگر کوئی پروڈکٹ درآمد کے لیے قابلِ قبول نہ ہو تو ہم اس کا آرڈر مسترد یا منسوخ کر سکتے ہیں۔
اگر کسی آرڈر کو درآمدی پابندی یا کسی دوسرے جائز سبب کی وجہ سے مکمل کرنا ممکن نہ ہو، تو اس سے متعلق رقم کی واپسی ہماری قابلِ اطلاق ریفنڈ پالیسی اور متعلقہ قانونی تقاضوں کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔
